Trouble Kalua

 

New appointments from public Appointments Committee of Parliament (PAC) after it confirmed Masauko Edwin Chamkakala and Hillary Chilomba, as new DPP and deputy director general for ACB respectively.

The Public Appointments Committee of Parliament appointed, Trouble Kalua, as director for the Malawi Legal Aid Bureau (LAD) pursuant to Section 9 subsection 1(b) of the Legal Aid Act.

PAC chairperson Joyce Chitsulo said Kalua's appointment is with from 1st March, 2023.

Meanwhile Kalua, who until his appointment was Malawi Legal Aid Bureau deputy director succeeds Masauko Edwin Chamkakala.
